Yes. We prepare measured existing-condition plans, 3D visualization, exterior elevations and construction and permitting drawings in Chief Architect, so the addition is designed to fit the house you already have.
Who does the structural engineering?
When structural engineering or sealed documents are required, we coordinate with qualified engineering professionals. Delaware Renovation LLC is a residential contractor and design/build company and does not represent itself as a licensed architectural firm.
Do you work on older and historic homes?
Yes. Delaware Renovation received the Lewes Historical Society Award of Excellence in Historic Preservation in 2012, and historic renovation is part of our regular work.
