The whole room
More than a cabinet order.
A kitchen built as one project.
A kitchen touches walls and structure, plumbing, electrical, lighting, ventilation, flooring, cabinetry and installation. Delaware Renovation designs it, specifies the cabinetry and builds it, so details are not lost between trades.
Design first
See the kitchen
before we build it.
Professional Chief Architect software brings floor plans, elevations, cabinet schedules and 3D visualization into one process. You can understand the layout before construction begins, and the trades build from clear information.
- Measured existing-condition plans
- Layout, elevations and cabinet schedules
- 3D renderings and material studies
- Construction and permitting drawings

Kitchen questions
Before you
call.
Do you design the kitchen as well as build it?
Yes. We draft measured plans, 3D renderings and construction drawings in Chief Architect, so you can see the layout before work begins and every trade builds from the same drawings.
Which cabinet lines do you offer?
Delaware Renovation is an authorized Dura Supreme Cabinetry dealer (Crestwood and Bria lines). We also install Shiloh, Eclipse, Aspect and cabinetry from many other manufacturers through established dealer relationships.
Can you handle the plumbing, electrical and the rest of the room?
A kitchen is more than cabinets: walls and structure, plumbing, electrical, lighting, ventilation, flooring and installation. For appropriate projects we assemble and manage specialty subcontractors, coordinated through one point of contact from planning through completion.
Where do you work?
We are based in Chadds Ford, PA and serve Chester County and Delaware County, PA, and northern Delaware, including Kennett Square, West Chester, Glen Mills, Concordville, Unionville, Avondale, West Grove, Wilmington, Greenville, Hockessin and Newark.
